This is a great resource for nutrition and holistic healthcare:

Best of luck. You’re headed down a massively rewarding road! They always give it back in spades.
I only have puppy tips, but I encourage you to post tons of pictures of her on instagram because I will enjoy each and every one!
I really have to restrain myself from posting too many! In just 1 week I’ve easily taken over 100 photos, most of them of her sleeping.
Zelda looks so precious! I am a wannabe cat owner so I’ll be lurking on your site to see how your experience is with her!
So far so good, but I’ll be sure to share some progress reports. We never anticipated getting a cat as we’ve always been dog people, but she changed our minds instantly.
Ahh! I’m so glad you’re keeping her!! Look at those little paws… She is soo cute. Congratulations! I can’t wait for more pictures. And now I will totally share some cat lady tips

- I didn’t declaw my cats and instead I just handled their paws a lot when they were little so they got used to me touching their paws– then I could clip them easily. Works really well!
- Punitive water spritz and a(n ugly/expensive, sigh) scratch post totally saved my couch from clawing.
- Also, weird but true: my cats are super mellow and friendly because they spent the first 6 months of their lives in a house with toddlers… so if you have access to any two year olds, might be worth exposure!
Alright, that’s enough, hope you don’t think I’m too crazy for sharing all these tips! Can’t wait to see how everything goes!!
Thank you for the advice! She’s been pretty good about her paws so far. I was able to trim her claws and she hardly flinched. I think once she gets a little bit older/bigger we’ll try to involve her with children and other cats.
Such love!
How exciting! I have three cats, so I know that it’s important to have one thing: a water squirter. It can quiet meowing, stop clawing and calm them down. I’ve gotten to where they don’t even need spraying; they know to stop misbehaving when I reach towards the bottle.
Best of Luck!
Kat
Thank you for the advice! We definitely need to get a water squirter ASAP.
I love cats!! Never let them go outside or they will always want to go. Try to use hard food as their potty does not smell so bad. They will give you unconditional love if you hold and cuddle them. It is hard to just have one, two can keep each other company when you are gone.
Next, my 13 y/o daughter just loves your oufits! She is driving my crazy as I grew up in jeans and sweat pants and where she got this fashion bug I do not have a clue!! Do you have any advice for her.
Would greatly appreciate and advice.
